Khartoum - Armed confrontations have broken out between Justice and Equality Movement (JEM) and Libyan rebels in Libya, according to informed sources.
Correspondent of Al Jazeera News Channel in Libya said that the clashes are attributed to JEM's support to Qaddafi's troops.
The correspondent who conveyed his news message from Libya pointed out that JEM decided to support Qaddafi's troops with fuel and four-wheel drives and military hardware. He confirmed the revolutionists' control on the area neighboring Sudan's borders.
A high-ranking military source who refused to reveal his name told SMC that the JEM called on international organizations working in Libya to rescue chairperson of the movement whose life is seriously threatened in Libya.
Spokesman of North Darfur government, Hafiz Omar Alpha said that JEM's trooped entered Libya in order to support Qaddafi's troops as normal result of former alliance between the movement and Qaddafi. "Clashes between Libyan revolutionists and JEM is natural output of JEM's support to Qaddafi's troops," added Alpha.
